Re-painting the hull

Before the season I'd like to repaint the hull in my Searider from orange to gray.

Could you please guys advice me what kind of paint should I use?
Should I use only gray Anti-fouling paint and put a few coats on existing one?

How would you do that?

International perfection 2 part polyeurathane is really good.

Do you mean it's already got antifoul on it? If so, all you need to do is rub it down a bit, mask around the top, and apply fresh antifoul with a foam roller. Dead easy.

Well I wouldn't. Take it out periodically and clean the hull off rather than anti foul.
