Can't reply to your for sale ad. So started a new thread.

I.E.O 6500 views on FAFB website and not a single enquiry! Wonder what I'm doing wrong. I know these aren't everybody's cup of tea?

I've just sold my RC 6.4 after nearly 2 1/2 years on the market. I dropped the price by a fair chunk from the original asking price, but still had plenty of derisory offers from chancers, that's the nature of selling high value items. If you are prepared to hang in there & keep your nerve, the right buyer will appear. I only had one person that actually came to see the boat, & he bought it.

I can't comment on the boat - but you have made three basic errors on the RIBnet ad.

1. You have no price/guide shown
2. You have no email address or phone number shown
3. You have no photos

Only a registered member can reply to you by PM so that would put quite a few off. I'd second Pikey's take on it. That is a specialist interest vessel and there is a limited market for it - but the right buyer will show up.

If you do not have the boat advertised on Boats & Outboards and Apolloduck then you are behind the curve there too. IIWY I'd be doing that, getting her gussied up for viewing and putting a few photos and back story on the ad. I can remove your last post on the ad if you wish (I would

FWIW i had my boat advertised on Ribnet, Facebook & Boats and Outboards, the only enquiries came via B&O as did the eventual buyer.

Appreciate the comments and encouragement
It's my intention to gear-up the advertising of the boat with the coming season ahead. It's difficult as I'm offshore most of the time.
I'll take your advice and will also delete the last post, along with its slightly desperate tone!
