Question about RIS brand inflatable boat

Hello everyone,

I recently purchase what i assume is a early 90's model RIS brand inflatable. It was manufactured in Zagreb Yugoslavia. Although I've read how to tell the difference between PVC and Hypalon,I still not 100% sure what that I can tell. I need to make a few cosmetic repairs and want to purchase and use the correct glue kit. Any advice or info on these boats is appreciated.
