Quayside Mooring Christchurch

I have a meeting to attend next week on friday in Purewell, Christchurch. Its a little annoying as its an unavoidable one and clashes with a day off/boating day. I need to be able to tie up somewhere for about two/three hours in Christchurch harbour from about 10.30am, I don't have a tender, can anyone suggest a suitable place to tie up ? Close to Purewell would be ideal but not essential as I'll take a taxi for the last bit if necessary.

Guess you might struggle to get in at the time you need, also only moorings are by the captains club, and these are owned by them. All others are private/hired cannot think of anywhere to moor.

I might be corrected but these guys might be able to find somewhere for you for a couple of hours. Located a short walk from Purwell on the Avon...

Ribs Marine - Of course - that's a great idea. I'll give them a ring tomorrow. Its a tricky one to find in Christchurch. Thanks both of you for the suggestions.

Dead easy to find... First you need to check tide times the bar at the entrance is shallow !!

Follow the channel until waters meet, just prior to the Sailing Club, DO NOT cut the corner but turn to Stbd, follow avon to the split turn to Stbd, RIBS about 3oom on Stbd side.

Ashbypower - thanks, sorry I meant a quayside mooring is tricky to find - I do sort of know were RM are located but I appreciate the guidance and I'll call them tomorrow to see if it's possible, it would be ideal.
