PLBs & EPIRB

Got a couple of PLBs & EPIRB at the B show registered online.
How long in general before we hear anything from them.

PLBs & EPIRB

a while - 3 to 6 weeks ! check number in label when it arrives matches unit.

did you do it online or snail mail?

was told that they get put on system quickly but paper work takes a while catch up!

PS. you added these to ships radio licences too?

you need to add to ships radio licence, update your CG66 as well when your at it.


Anything that transmits should be on you ships radio licensee including active radar reflectors like echomax X / XS registered as SARTS.
