Places to keep a boat Southampton to Fareham

Hi, we may get another RIB in the future but unfortunately our new house doesn't really have the space for a 5-6M RIB on the drive like our old one did. (We used to have an Avon D560).
Our drive is long enough for our current 4.8M boat and my VW T5 in front but anymore length will just push my van off the drive.

So we live in Hedge End Southampton and will be using the Hamble and the Solent.
Just looking for suggestions of any secure boat yards with a slip way where we could keep a bigger boat if we ever upgrade.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I am in Eastlands boat yard which is pretty close to you, good slip, its tidal but there are pontoons so you can launch when convenient and leave it in the water.

RIBase
Ours is in Universal Dry Stack, not the cheapest option, very convenient & no anti fouling needed

I have been there before, Action Vans have a unit there.
I would keep the RIB trailered up so would they charge per meter?

I launch at Bucklers Hard sometimes, and talking to a guy there who kept a boat in the marina compound he said it was only £300 per year. Sounded a bargain. The slip is not useable an hour or so around low, and you have a 30 min schlep to the solent, but a very beautiful river.

According to their web site:

Trailer Sailors Storage per quarter (minimum charge 6m) £51.00 per metre
