Pink Blotches

Have from time to time noticed a pink staining on the underside of the tubes, hull, my last rib also had this, Tim reckons it is from Red Tides a phenomon that occours usually in summer and rarely even at that, has anyone seen this before and what causes it cheers gavin

Get some baby oil and rub it in the blotched area. It worked on all our kids. Red tide my ASS. You southsiders have great visions of grandeur !. Its just the crap from Dublin bay on the southside.

Red Tide?

Scotty from Dublin?????? (Okay Then)

Gavin

I have had the same probs just recently on a borrowed rib (Mine not too well at mo)

The only thing I found that would get rid was ........ Jif Lemon Liquid...... worked a treat but only use a smoooth cloth - i.e. duster or cotton rag - not a plastic pan scrub....

best of luck. (ps you will have to be slipped though - LOL

Red TIDE

Scotty we did have a Red Tide about two weeks ago , its rare but it does happen, you are more likely to come across fridges and tyres on our side of the bay , will try the baby oil though
