North Wales - Inflatable tube repair recommendations?

Sadly someone decided to put what looks like a stanley knife into one of the tubes on my Zodiac Pro Open 550.

Looking for recommendations for someone to repair in the North West please. Unsure if it is PVC or Hypalon.

Also, how should the repair be carried out ideally?

We could carry out the repair but it would mean bringing the boat to us at Chorley (close to M6/M61 junction
