New throttles for evinrudes

I need some advice on new throttles for a pair of evinrude ficht (2003) 200hp outboards. Are there any units out there that give smoother operation over the standard throttles ?

Do the units that have seperate gear / throttle levers work with any outboard ?

Tks
Steve

Well the two options really are official Evinrude ones P/N 5006184
Or teleflex ones CH7800 Control | SeaStar Solutions
You can't really improve the smoothness without moving to fly-by-wire which only up to 2007 models can be retrofitted with. Yes, you can use split shift and throttle set ups I think but with twins that makes four levels which seems a little excessively complicated
