need info please delta ribs

hi i am looking for some advice on the 7.7 meter delta rib i have heard different stories some good and some bad and was wondering iff anyone had one of these ribs and could give me some first hand experience on them .

Delta Ribs definitely aint BAD in fact they are quite the opposite. they only supply commercial quality ribs so the build quality is excellent. Some would have it that they are wet boats but I think it depends in how rough a sea you are in?

Sorry I haven't owned one but I have thought about them in the past and think they are very well made. Jim Mac from BIBOA has a superb Delta 9.5m with twin yamahas 240's which is the RIB that to date I most envy

thanks for the reply just having trouble choosing between 8.5 meter tornado and delta 7.7 and was looking for some first hand experiance,will let you know the outcome,

In My mind , these are two serious boats , and I would think that there is nothing between them ...

For me it would come down to engines/drives ..... if they had the same set up , I would be inclined towards the Tornado, as I have yet to meet someone wanting a shorter RIB!!!! Its better to be looking at it, than wanting it
