Need help from Ribtc owners ans the rest of the world

Hi boys,
i've made up my mind to buy a ribcraft 5.85. But got a problem: Witch kind of console would you order: The standard single jockey console with two seats in a row or the much bigger touring with two seats side by side. This choice givesPlease help me sleepless nights!

Txs a lot

Oliver

If its for the family then side by side all the way.
Loads more sociable, bigger console to put all your nav aids and instruments on and you can fit 4 single pods in behind it.

I've got a Ribtec 585 with the Odysee console. and side-by-side seating.

Overall, pretty happy with it. It'll still get you a bit wet if you get much over the front, and the driving postion is a bit offset, but you get used to it.

Really did want side by side tho, for purely social reasons! And its a pretty narrow boat so the offset is inevitable.

Get the side by side one. I had a ribtec 585 with a jockey console and it wasn't the most comfortable of consoles.

Another vote here for the side by side. You need the room for electronics plus you get more storage inside and you WILL get a bit lonely up there on your own!

I have the side by side and I like it. Only down side is its a little bit snug with two big fellas up front. Feet can get a little bit touchy.

I don't allow balls on my boat. No deck space.
