Marlin RIB - how much?

I was in Inverness today for work and had a look around the boatyard at Caley Marina during my lunch hour. Is it just me or is this old Marlin RIB seriously overpriced? Wouldn't even pay half what the customer is asking for. I assuming its on brokerage. Honestly, rough as a badger.

Marlin Rib built in 1999 by Marlin, Priced at £21,000-00

It's had some shady work done on it in the past, the woodwork is shot and it has more rust stains than the Forth Road Bridge.

HUGE prop on it too!

I take a peak in there every Sunday. They had a cracking Tornado in there a fortnight ago, it was gone Sunday past.

I do look at it and wonder where the money is.
