Junior Ribsters hit by theft

JuniorRibsters recently acquired their first boat from CFury only to have some low life steal the Yamaha F40F outboard by ripping it off the transom and cutting through all steering cables.
It was taken from Partingtons boat storage Pwllheli, Gwynedd on the evening of 7th June 2013.

JuniorRibsters is a not for profit organisation set up to train yougsters in the safe use of ribs. This has hit them hard. Any info leading to the recovery of the engine and arrest of the low life responsible greatly appreciated.

Was it not insured ?

Yes it was insured but trying to secure another engine for the original deal will be difficult let alone the time repairs will take to get the boat useable before promotional events were scheduled to start. Just when they thought they were set to go!
Seems the area was hit for about five outboard engines on the same night. Owners beware, secure storage is only as good as the strength of the perimiter fence.
