Insurance for a work in progress...

Hopefully going to be collecting my new Destroyer 5.5 in the beginning of March. I think it will prob not be until june or possibly later that I will be fitting an engine and getting on the water.
does any one know of/has used an insurance company that tailors for this type of situation??

Just speak to your normal or proposed insurance company for when it is going to be in the water. I told my insurers I was doing a self build and they put it down as 'laid up' with a very reasonable premium.
