Instruction manual for Telflex SH8050 steering

Afternoon all has anyone got a PDF copy of this instruction and fitting manual? I am re fitting an Avon sr4 the steering was dismantled before I bought the boat and I want to make sure I have all the parts to put it back together correctly?

8050 is listed as an export version (i.e. not available in North America); I can't find anything on it.
