Information on Flatacraft

Hey,

I currently own a Flatacraft force4Gt but I have no information at all about the boat and it is difficult to find any information online.

Does anyone know much about these boats? I would like to know a rough year and any information that anyone has.

I personally think it is an awesome wee set up with the old Two stroke Yamaha 55. Fairy shifts but is there anything that I should know about or if anyone has any advice at all.

I have quite a lot of experience with Force4s, albeit the non GT versions.

I'll try to put something together for you over the next couple of days.

One of my first ribs was a flatacraft force 4, again not the GT version but a fun wee boat. Went alright with a 30hp, would be wicked with 55

Swapped the DT35 for a DT55 on my last F4.

Really fast, but in reality it was a little too tail heavy and was really unstable when flat out.

Loved my Force 3GT but with speedboat style seats it was a back breaker in the wrong sea state, hated it in the Solent when I took it out once there, loved it in the waters around Oban as wasn't such short sharp chop.

Very well built little boat generally, built in 80's and early 90's I think
