Inflating tubes

I have tried a search but can't find what i am looking for.
I have slow leaking tubes not drastic but annoying!! it maybe the baffles so I am going to totally deflate them all but I cannot remember the correct direction of inflation, bow to stern or reverse?
help!

Bow to stern, I think, has been in a previous post, the baffle from the bow with then flex to the stern and increase the pressure there, before you blow that section up.

normally Bow to stern ,from a total deflate its not a bad idea to leave the other valves open if you can ,as the boat inflates it draws air into the tubes waiting to be filled not a lot but a bit ,
