inflate or deflate tubes in winter

Hi New to RIBs so need to know if I should leave the tubes inflated or deflated or somewhere in the middle for the cold winter here in New Jersey. thanks.

i leave mine inflated top up if need first time out

Always inflated. Once a month top up or deflate (as the weather starts to get warmer) as required.
