Im Amazed!!, big thumbs up to Porthcawl

Couldnt beleive it,
I had been snooping around for insurance for our Pac22 and most of the online quotes I received were in the region of about £250 - £300. I cave Porthcawl a buz for a quote

1995 Pac22 with 200HP inboard diesel
Up to 20 miles offshore
Rib kept at home
Value 10K
Up to 3 Mill 3rd party cover
Fully comp with 0 NCB with my brother on the policy too.

£133.70

Coulnt believe it, she asked me what experience I had, told them been sailing since I was a nipper and had 10 yrs proffesional experience with the last 5 yrs being in and out of ribs on almost a daily basis when I was working for the SFPA and that I had my FRC ticket too.

Normaly being a Navigational Officer in the Merchant Navy adds a few quid to the car policy but looks as if it has worked in my favour for a change.

Will be giving them a bell in the morning to arrange the policy

Graeme
