I cannot give the money to someone

I have asked this before, but i want to do my yachtmaster instructor on power next year as such i need to get on a boat and start to prepare.

I have asked some training schools stating that i dont need to gain a qual, but prepare for this exam as i dont have a large boat.........i have offered money,,,even the going rate,,,,but no real offers.

Can someone really help, i am willing to pay, somebody take the money out of my hands

"yachtmaster instructor " - is not powerboating, rather larger vessels as example sealine 43
