Hypalon to PVC PU, Glue?

hi all is it possible to glue hypalon patches and fastenings to Pvc or Pu? i have just purchased a tornado 5.3 that is needing patching and lifelines and the like replacing, a very good buddy has some grey hypalon.....can this be done? and if so what type of glue please?

Assuming they are the original tubes, Tornados are PU, use two part hypalon adhesive.
Only difference to a hypalon repair is that the PU should be cleaned with MEK before glueing
