How much should i pay for this boat?

I have my eye on a 4.9 m Sillinger (French I think) rib with a 60hp Mariner 2 str. The boat is about 15 years old but still bright red and with a white hull that seems okay (but far from mint). The boat has a big diameter stainless A frame with lights. The jockey seat is for one person only. There is a seat in the bow. Both seats are in good nick. Every seems to be in working order. The trailer is in great shape and seems much newer than the boat. It's by a company called Pega of Rotterdam.

Tough question but what should I be looking at pricewise?
