hi all thinking of selling my avon searider rib 4 mt when i come back off my hols just wondering how much to advertize it for just rebuilt the trailer new roller mudgards steell ones new bearings the boat i have owned for about 10 yares there is a few patches about 5 only small ones hold air for months its had a new consoul on it it has humming bird wide fish finder and lowrance global 3200 chart plotter and the xl map of all the left side of england snd down devon way engine has never let me down pulls first go every time pumps water like niagra falls all the baffels are good the hull has had some body sand it down with a sander by the look of it but i freshley painted it so looks good its ready to go many thx

Cant see engine HP but assuming it's about a 50 I'd say between £1,800 and £2,300.

Given that it looks good, but it's an old 40hp engine without PTT (is it electric start?),and the trailer isn't a perimeter frame then I'd be looking at around 1400-£1600.

hi dont mind me asking whats a perimeter frame for got to say the engine was ex coast gaurd and was like new when i had it the boat only gets used for one week a year so aint had a lot of use

One like the trailer under this:-

Stiffer,so an easier tow. Even if it's got bunks it's easier to launch and recover to as well as the back of the trailer guides the bow on.

I'm not knocking your engine-those Mariner/Yam 40s are fantastic, but they are old and no frills so it lowers the package value.

Let me put it this way.
Trailer, £150.
Engine £500-600.
Boat and fittings £750-£850ish, if it's as good as the pics show.

Actually, £1600 is probably closer to the mark given the time of year...
