How do you attach ski rope to you rib?

Hi, my A-Frame is not strong enough and a turbo swing is way too expensive so I was wondering what everyone uses to attach the ski rope to their transom?

Thanks

Gareth

You can buy a product called a bridle, that distributes the ski rope weight evenly, this can be mounted on hooks either side of the engine on the transom.

Or bolt at engine front, right in middle deck, a high ski pole with eyelet. Works much better than a bridle hooked onto transom side U rings, at speed and close turns rope tends to contact and constant rub rear tubes, in the short term will end abrading & pucturing tube fabric.

If not going for a ski pole, glue thick fabric patches at rear tubes: both side portions where rope contacts tubes when at turns.

Happy Boating
