Bought one of these to do the headlights on my car and find it is ideal for polishing out scratches in GRP, The 3M Trizact pad (P3000) is great and I think you can also buy these on their own looking at ebay, up to P6000. The 3 inch Velcro attachment fits into a battery drill and is ideal for just keeping on top of small scuffs and scratches..
