Gluing fixings to hypalon tubes

Good morning forum
One of my handles on our rib is coming unstuck and I need to remove it completely and re bond.
We have hypalon tubes and the handle looks like PVC plastic type material.
Could anyone recommend a suitable heavy duty glue.
Our rib is a ribeye A500, 2008.
Thanks all.
