Getting my Tornado down to Devon
I need to get my old RIB down to Devon from Glasgow, then back up. Its a 5.4 on an unbraked trailer (bearings re done last year) with a YAM 75 and single console as the tubes need replacing, any ideas guys ?

DM may tow it for you pm him lot of mileage involved though mileage is money

Top advice fella, I am indebted to you Its a reverse auction site.

Started at £550 .. and ended with a quote for £225 .. now .. I took a slightly dearer quote, because I liked the cut of the mans jib.. but .. that trip would have cost me £400 in petrol to get down and up, plus an overnight stay .... not to mention 2 days out of my time which I could ill afford.

You need to check whether your man is insured though, some of the quoters wouldnt reply about this when I asked

Also .. if youre asking some questions of a quoter, just a heads up cos everyone can see your conversation, its not like ebay where thats private
