Fuel tank cap

OK more apologies - the stupid questions just keep on coming....

My fuel tank cap is broken - kinda. The breather vent screw is siezed and sheared off.. It can't be allowing any air through.

There is a breather tube on the tank anyway - do I need a new cap?

Pic of it.... needs a proper clean up I know

Cheers
