Free charts on the web - where did I see them...

Two or three years ago someone posted (I am sure it was here) a link to a site which had charts to view online free. If I remember correctly the image size was small (smaller than the ordnance survey free maps) and the site was all in a foreign language... I bookmarked it and used it a few times to check some particular piece of information - but lost the bookmark when a hard disk died. I've searched here using the obvious phrases but am not finding anything that jumps out. Does anyone else remember it? Does anyone have it bookmarked still?

Here, maybe?

I didn't wait for the whole site to load, so I didn't see any UK stuff there, but I assume there is.

Western US folks can go here:

Don't know if there's an East US coast analogue.

I use a very useful site for shipwreck info.

It does however require a 20 euro subscription but it's well worth it.
New boat is here, very happy!
