footstraps shoe type pvc ?????

Hi Guys does anyone know where i can get the footstraps that are like a sort of shoe the ones i have seen pictures of are like the front part of a water ski binding (or maybe thats what they are ?????????) any ideas Regards Gary

I think they may be the same as the ones on my 5.4. They look easy to make-it's a thick piece of webbing strap and two pieces of stainless/ally to screw them down.
