flow coat deck

Yesterday i flowcoated the deck for the second time in three weeks. My first attempt went badly wrong see "tacky flow coat thread". This time i USED 2% catylist temps kept to 14 - 15 degrees C. The flow coat went off in about 30 - 40 minutes. The flow coat is now hard and not tacky.
Question How long do I need to leave the flow coat before I can stand on it and when Can I put the boat out on the sea
