Fixing up AB Inflatables 12 DLX

Hey everyone,
Im new to the forum and got a great deal on a 2005 AB Inflatables 12 DLX with a 40 HP Evinrude. The boat needs some TLC to make it nice again . I need some help doing some of the cosmetic work and Ive enclosed some pics of the boat to show you what im working with. I would like to paint the boat after all the cleaning is done because I think its too far gone to look nice the way it is. Also was wondering how to patch the small rips on the seams Ive enclosed pics of. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks I will try the magic erasers and tilex. Can the rub rail be painted also?
