Fixing a old caribe

Hey guys i got a 10x caribe for free. Tubes need some work but the hull is perfect. Im in florida does anyone know a location in west palm beach that carries hypalon fabric in stock? And what is the best way to reattach tubes to transom? Ive heard 5200 and then fabric the tubes to the transom as well. Also heard 5200 is better than 2 part hypalon glue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. And last queation will a rib float even with all tubes deflated?
