filling screw holes

I moved the consol and seat on my 5.4 SR and was wondering the best way to fill the old holes. With it being fiberglass I should not have a problem with dry rot from the bottom side even with the wet hull correct? Just fill with 3m 4200 from the topside and shove some down with a toothpick and then fill to the top then sand smooth after drying?

thanks stan

If you can get to the underside, masking tape the bottom, then fill the holes with epoxy. sand or grind flush when cured.
