Fabricator - A Frame

Hi

I want to get an A frame fabricated for my Destroyer 5.3

Couldn't go with Humbers as it was too high to fit in my garage.

Just a single loop, non structural, to fit nav lights & VHF aerial, but do have a couple of specific requirements so want to get one made, as opposed to cut down / alter an off the shelf one.

Wandered if anyone had any recommendations in the Solent / Hampshire / Surrey area?

If you don't get any we have a bloke in Devon that's made a few bespoke ones - can do it from plan / drawings.

I know a guy, he's superb. No connection other than used him twice.

Give him a call, he can do that with his eyes shut. He has old school attention to detail.

Failing that stainless Steve in Lymington. Made me a large diameter single mast with aerial and light mounting plus flag loops. Then powered coated it for 150

Solent welding at Fareham. They specialise in marine stuff. Pop in and have a chat, they’re very good at making stuff based on terrible drawings.
