Echomax and hella led nav light

Does anyone have one of these

If so do you know how the light is attached to the top as I have a led hella nav light like this one

And I want to fit it to the top of the echomax and was wondering how it mounts or do you have to buy the complete kit like this

Thanks

Hi - I have one of these with a filament lamp factory fitted - as I recall there was a moulded hole through the middle of the refector part, as you could readily repalce the non tinned cable foe somethign better.

Hope that helps - if stuck can do you some pics

Cool cheers I was hoping it had a hole through the middle as I could not see any other way they did it

Do you know how the lamp is secured to the reflector is it screwed or glued down or something else

Thanks

Hi there.

Some pics here to help.

Looks like the base of the light is either part of the moulding or stuck on.

Looks like you could readily saw that off without affecting the reflector and put another lamp housing on top with self tappers and maybe a home made gasket. Or the magic of Sikaflex would work I'm sure.

You can just see the power cable on the right hand side at the base heading for the hole up the middle.
