in theory, he has to pay a percentage of the final value to ebay - which on a 100k is going to quite alot. lol - i hope ebay have his credit card details.

Unfortunately he'll be using stolen bank/credit card details from a successful phishing email.
However, when/if it gets taken from the stolen account the real owner will notice a damn sight faster-and Ebay can't keep the money as it would be theft...

oh, i see! - i can't believe how stooopid these stoopid people think other people might be - he must have spent time looking for an outboard to fake and then still made a mistake and called it a 70 rather than a 115. i think his brains must be on the outside of his head - or they should be!

Nah, he just nicked the description and pics from the same site they always do...
I doubt he actually knows what an outboard IS.
