Drainage.

Just getting my 9 meter Rapier BWM finished and note an accumulation of water in the forward inspection hatch.There are infact three hatches two back and one forward. The two aft are behind the tanks and they drain into each other then out the back in the transon. There is one 'muscle" type bilg e pump in the rear and one "boy" sized one in the transom.

Does anybody know what the drain sequance is??- and should the forward fill up ?? . This for once is a "straight" question joking aside.
