Demo off Littlehampton

As I had moved my demo rib for a short period to Littlehampton (nice to be back even for a short period) our dealer Amanzi Marine Services took full advantage and arranged a demo for last Tuesday (24.10.2017) The sea conditions as you will see were ideal for a demo . I guess it was F5 and against the tide it was steep climbing but with the following seas a speed of 29/30 knots was achieved. The Helmsman is the client who is very experienced as he drives ribs daily in various sea conditions.

The Parker 800 Baltic has twin Mercury Diesel QSD 2.0 (170HP) linked to Bravo 1 drives, and she gave a first class performance as expected.

Jeez, those are some noisy turbos, 4 hours of that would seriously do me head in...

The GoPro is mounted just above the engine compartment hence the recorded noise. When you are sitting up front it is not that bad.
