Using your initiative that, although something a little more inconspicuous may have been better.

Ach, now yer being a Jerky. It's only a bit of fun for the good Burghers of RIBnet. Just so long as it doesn't degenerate into one of those awful Ribeye threads

You can sign the petition here:

http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/s...job/signatures

There's a lot of local support for the Pilot including our local MP and MSPs:

Northern Isles MSPs back suspended helicopter pilot | The Orcadian Online

On the up side, some good national publicity about Orkney beef... (barring the jokes on here )

Cheers

Steve

I was once nearly blown out of a toilet tent by Solent CG chopper dropping off a birthday cake to his son who I was camping with on the IOW ...( in the big old chopper ) . A whole story on its own !

I know they have also exercised by lifting crates of beer off ships in the channel......

All fine in my book .

Got to keep up the skills. He is still the guy who will come out to pick you up when most other pilots would stay tucked up in bed.
