Clean & Protect Tubes

Hi All,
Looking to spruce up my tubes. They're in good condition, just dulling in places due to salt and minor rubs. Its routine conditioning rather than restoration. I've had 3M Marine Vinyl Cleaner/Conditioner & Protector recommended. Is there a better option out there for a simple clean and polish?
