churchillian Night - Mon 12 Jun 06

Nasher has just asked me to post a quick reminder that its a Churchillian night next Monday for the Solenteers. Sadly there doesn't seem enought time now to the leary shirts night so perhaps this should be postponed until Jul/Aug time.

Well, I've been proved wrong. Computer Science students do know what they are doing. My neighbours son has fixed my PC problems caused by the Symantec technical services guys after my upgrade to 2006 went very wrong.
Don't even need to know what ActiveX is now!!

Anyway, thanks Pete for starting this thread.

Chris (Hugh Jardon)
I'm all MOT'd, Taxed, and ready to make it Bikers night at the Church on Monday. If its not raining of course.

Chris

Have some very black stormy clouds overhead here at the moment so will probably bottle out and use the car tonight anyway.

Can feel the pressure dropping, so I think we could be in for a big one later.

See some of you in a couple of hours.

I'll bring a mower.

There was also talk of making next meet a BBQ do. Perhaps the grass cutting will get fires started.

BBQ in Lairy shirts and Grass Skirts.

Sounds good to me.

Although the Girls will need to keep the Grass away from the Fire

Much to the concern of some of the more "smokey" members I will do my best to get to the next meet in July. If (and a BIG "if") the weather is good I may attempt to throw caution to the winds and come down on the m/bike. Not too sure about the A3 going back in the dark though There are a load of "nutters" on that road including some BIG lorries.
