Charity help needed

I have been asked to transport 9 pilots and aircrew from 30 Squadron, RAF Lyneham from Torquay to Poole as part of a charity trip from Lands end to John O'Groats by as many different means as possible. We intend to transport 4 passengers, and we could do with another boat capable of at least 45 mph and capable of carrying 5 passengers to make this possible.

The plan is to leave Torquay at 10.00 am after the RAF people have been lowered by helicopter, and then during the trip we will meet up with at least 1 RAF Hercules which will overfly the boats - (great photo opportunity!) - and then deliver the guys to Poole.

This is in aid of the national charity First Response, and the event will be publicised on local press radio and within military magazines.

If you think you can help or know someone that can, could you please call me on: 07836 268747 as soon as possible, Thanks very much and if it all goes ahead I hope to see some of you out there!

As it's for charity, I'll be paying for the fuel in my boat, this is more of a one off and not an annual event, I'm sure they think of something more daft next year!
