Another taffy on Ribnet

Brian

My boat currently flies the three legs, but I'll be looking for a dragon now!

My old venture scout unit was 'Y Ddraig Goch' - Still have the shirt & badge somewhere.

According to the RYA no flag should be flown above a club burgee. So that puts RIBnet at the top, Red Ensign second (British registered vessels) and the rest after that.

and don't forget that any commissioned naval or military officer, any officer of Customs & Excise and any British Consular officer may board a boat, seize and take away the red ensign if its being flown incorrectly

Charles, Maybe you should slow down to say 40knots or something, and take some strain off the poor thing

Do you leave the burgee permanently attached, or do you only put it on the boat when you go out? - I'm trying to rig something up at the mo so I can put the flags on easily whenever we go out, and obviously vice versa when we come back in.
