No re-furb required. A few mods and add-ons perhaps.

Probably not, but it'll give the kids somewhere to tie a w/board line.

cant help with the gaffer tape but have a good hydraulic tube bender ...free for uplift ......probobly could pallet it ......will take a few pics if wanted ....has got 1 1/2 dies and 2" dies ........been lying outside over winter so a bit rusty but still functions .....wont do stainless unsure about ali

also have a tubela bender which will do stainless but only up to 1 " but this ones not free

Indigo should be able to sort out most of your adhesive tape makeover needs. Oh, and if you need cable ties to hold things together, then the imaginatively named Cable Ties Online are hard to beat.
