Basic seat pads/bases for seat - where to find?

I need a couple of simple rectangular seat bases (ply base/foam/vinyl) in black - small around 10" x 8" for some temporary kids seats. Does anyone know if anything like this is available off the shelf (or has anything knocking about?!) - don't want the expense of having something custom made to be honest.

Pads are the easy bit http://www.marinescene.co.uk/category/609/seat-cushions

They also have seats on teh site - it's the box to go under I'm struggling with. I want to move teh barrell I have up front with anchor, chain etc in and put a small seat up there with the bits currently in teh barrell under it -Any ideas all?

RIBase
Go to an upholstery shop, buy the vinyl and foam then DIY using a bit of marine ply as a base.

Not really the right sort though - just need 'standard' rib pads like these:
