Avon Decks
Ok, I've trawled and trawled, read everyones project diaries, looked at all the photies and can't get an answer to my burning questions.
Does the deluxe deck only come with the windscreen "porno" seat model, or could you get the deluxe with a jockey?
Does the deluxe deck reduce your deck size, the pictures look like there's less room under the tubes, ie where your feet would be if you were leaning against them?
Did Avon build white hulls, or are all the white ones painted?

As far as I know, 'Deluxe' is the later side by side seating model,not the deck type.

Which pics? It depends which console is fitted. The deluxe models I've seen retrofitted with consoles all seemed to have plenty of space for your feet,though you do lose a small amount of space round the transom as they have a contoured deck instead of transom stays.

Cheers, Nos, you're bang on with the second one. From what I've seen the rear deck looked narrower because of the transom supports, but I hadn't seen a good pic of the supports forward.

I wouldn't worry too much about that little bit of space-I'd rather be looking at that than holes through the transom for the stays that may or may not have been removed and badly resealed.

Is the deck level OK for cutting a hole for a trunk? That is if I'm right in saying the "Deluxe" didn't have trunks.

Yes.
I'm not sure if any sr4 had trunks as standard. All the ones I've seen with them are later additions.
