Apex Inflatables (CostaRica)

On my recent trip to Costarica, near capital city of San Jose (driving to the Pacific coast past the Intl Airport) I saw few RIBs in a warehouse building on the side of the highway. Stopped and took few photos, company is called APEX Inflatables, and there were bunch of RIBs there, and some other foam-filled rigid hulls (no pontoons). Some were rigged, some were bare. Here are the pics. Has anyone heard of this company APEX? Are they a local manufacturer, or was that just an assembly plant?

I think you saw the offshore assembly plant (that's a guess, though.)

I've seen a few Apex's running around the Central California area. Nothing special, but they don't appear to be really terrible, either. Though I also can't say that I've really looked at them all that much.
