Anyone doing any winter cruising?

As I'm a new rib user (and Ribnet member) I'm quite keen to be on the water, does anyone go out this time of year around the Solent area? Not too adverse weather as I'm very much a novice!

Yes a few were out today on The Solent but not many, we were working so a bit of a cheat but the weather was glorious but cold. Ran out about midday and back at dusk with a beautiful sunset. If you pick days like this and chose a two-three hour window in the sun it is great, and you can get easy mooring at venues for a warm drink
