i can't believe the grief i had. Got everything sorted now, but only after refusing to get off phone.
I certainly wouldn't use them again, the chap couldn't even read there own order form properly i (the customer) had to explain everything to them
So are you fitting a liferaft to your car for a wet spring??

Or do you like those red and green lights we use?

OR, is Top Gear preparing another trip to sea???

Spill the beans and give us a laugh!

Sorry to dig up an old thread but....

After some 40 days i have recieved only half of my order from Maine megastore. Despite three phone calls over the last 4 days i am still not getting anywhere, although i have been told " just another week"

So, I would avoid this lot, despite the 10% off for first order, it really hasn't been worth it....

Jimmy

FYI: Ordered on 12th April
Recieved half of order 21st April
Still not recieved the rest@22nd May

Nor me. Believe it or not I want a pump for a solar/rainwater gardening project (btw, have had success with a Jabsco Par Max 2.9 but now need a bigger pump).

Anyway, we just wanted to find out about the order as it exceeded the 1-5 days. We keep getting fobbed off on the phone (everyone busy, no one available to take your call etc.) and I've been looking around the Internet to see if others have had problems...

Reading this thread, it seems the goods may arrive yet but really, I don't consider their attitude/"service" good enough :-(
